It is also worth mentioning that while you are traveling, the Brasil Planet team, will personally take care of each stage of your tour and we will be the people to whom you can refer in case you have doubts or there were unexpected situations.
Not included
- Domestic or international flights are not included to give you the option to use your own frequent flyer program miles and save money on the cost of the trip. For Brasil Planet what matters is that you have the best travel experience.
- Medical travel and Trip Cancellation insurance.
Extra information
- The local guide could be change the order of the excursions respect to those described in the travel program.
- Don´t forget light pants and jeans, sandals or light shoes, sweatshirt for nocturnal excursions, Keeway waterproof, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars and camera.
- Brasil Planet is not responsible for objects forgotten in hotels or inside the vehicles.
General Terms and Conditions of Contract
Alterations
- Once the itinerary has been finalized and confirmed, and the travel documents have been sent, any subsequent modifications will incur an additional cost.
- We cannot change the schedules of transportation or excursions during the execution of the trip, as our services are booked in advance, and any subsequent alterations will require the booking and payment of a new service.
Cancellations and Refunds
In case of trip cancellation, Brasil Planet will apply a penalty in accordance with Embratur regulation (Ministry of Tourism) no. 161 of August 9, 1985. The penalties are calculated on the total cost of the tour as follows:
- 20% penalty for cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the trip.
- 30% penalty for cancellations made between 29 and 21 days before the start of the trip.
- 50% penalty for cancellations made between 20 and 7 days before the start of the trip.
- 100% penalty for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the trip.
- No refunds will be provided for services you choose to cancel after the trip has started.
- For trips booked during the Carnival and New Year periods, no refunds will be given.

Amazon Tupana Jungle Lodge features a bar, shared lounge, a garden and terrace in Tupana. The guesthouse has family rooms.
At the guesthouse, every room includes a balcony and fans, but are not air conditioned.
All rooms have a private bathroom with room temperature shower and are equipped with a shower and free toiletries, while some units at Amazon Tupana Jungle Lodge also provide guests with a seating area.
Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a continental breakfast.
IMPORTANT:
The lodge does not have a telephone or wi-fi internet signal.
The baggage limit that can be transported is 10 kg per person, the excess baggage can be left in custody in the Manaus office, just inform us when booking or communicate it to our driver when leaving.
Extra expenses in the lodge must be paid in cash in local currency, payments by credit cards are not available.
